Q1. Is the CBSE School only for students who enroll for the Veda Patashala?
Ans. The CBSE School is open to ALL students. The students need not be a part of the Veda Patashala to gain admission into the CBSE School.

Q2. Is the facility of boarding available to the students interested in the CBSE School and NOT the Veda Patashala?
Ans. The boarding facility is only for students who have enrolled in the Veda Patashala.

Q3. What is combination education?
Ans. The SKMVM has a school for CBSE syllabus as well as a Veda Patashala. The Students who enroll into the Veda Patashala will have the unique advantage of this combination education.

Q4. What is the right age to send a child to the Vedic school?
Ans. The right age to send a child to a Vedic school is when the child is between the age group of 8 to 11 years of age, after his thread ceremony (Upanayana) is completed.

Q5. Is the Sri Kanchi Mahaswami Vidya Mandir co-education or only for boys?

Ans. The Veda Patashala is only for boys. The CBSE School  is for both boys and girls.

Q7. Does the school charge donations?
Ans. Sri Kanchi Mahaswami Vidya Mandir is a capitation free institution.

Q8. Is there transportation provided by the school?

Ans. No. There won't be any transport facilities for the day scholar students.
